Brokers will receive a $25,000 bonus for every 25 offices sold at OfficeLinks’ 1140 Avenue of the Americas location

Between now and September 30, 2010, brokers have a chance to earn an additional $25,000 gift check as OfficeLinks, a premier provider of next-generation furnished offices and meeting rooms delivered on-demand, launches its “Book 25 Get 25″ promotion for deals signed at its 1140 Avenue of the Americas location in Midtown Manhattan.

OfficeLinks recently leased 24,000 square feet of office space at 1140 Avenue of the Americas and will occupy the ninth and tenth floors. The fully equipped and furnished business center will be the fourth Manhattan location for OfficeLinks.

In addition to the standard 10% commission payment on all offices, $25,000 will be awarded to each broker that closes a total of 25 offices, which is equivalent to 50 workstations, at the OfficeLinks 1140 Avenue of the Americas center. Qualifying agreements must be signed by September 30, 2010, with move in by October 31, 2010, and have a minimum term of twelve-months.
